Alysha | Mat Pilates

A mixed-level Pilates practice that guides you through mindful movement patterns to develop strength, control, and ease in your body. This class focuses on the essential Pilates principles including core control, breath awareness, and lengthening through the spine, while maintaining good alignment through the entire body.


Whether you're discovering Pilates for the first time or deepening your existing practice, this welcoming space allows you to explore movement at your own pace. Each class is designed to restore functional movement patterns, enhance postural awareness, and build whole-body strength and stability​

Celestina | Yoga

A harmonious blend of traditional yoga and healing practices, drawing from seven years of teaching experience. This transformative journey combines gentle asana practice with deep relaxation techniques, honouring your body's innate wisdom. Each class creates a unique space where physical practice meets mindful awareness. Every session concludes with deeply restorative Yoga Nidra and Reiki energy work, suitable for all experience levels and abilities.

Chloe | Functional Movement 

A dynamic bodyweight training class that focuses on building practical strength, endurance, and mobility. This class is designed to enhance your everyday movement patterns through functional exercises that target all major muscle groups. Whether you're new to fitness or more experienced, you'll find appropriate challenges to support your journey. No equipment needed - just bring yourself and your motivation! All exercises can be modified to suit your fitness level and goals.

Leamarie | Gentle Aroha Flow

A gentle therapeutic yoga class that blends Hatha Yoga & Yin Yoga with a sprinkle of the Feldenkrais method. We  harmonise the mind-body-spirit system to embody deep states of relaxation and build strength and mobility. Discover the journey of well-being through the flow of Mauri (life force energy) and Aroha (love and compassion). 

It's always a little different each week as classes are designed with specific therapeutic goals in mind. No experience necessary! It is accessible to all shapes, sizes and abilities, including those with injuries and bodily restrictions.

Leamarie | Huānga Yin Yoga

Huānga Yin Yoga is a gentle therapeutic yoga class with a Māori flavour. We draw from the combined wisdom of Hatha Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine & Taoist Five Element Theory, the Embodied Mindfulness Meditation practices of  Buddhism & Contemporary Fascial Science.  We amplify the flow of Mauri (life force energy) and Aroha (love & compassion) through the 12 main organ systems to influence organ health and optimise physical vitality. We use props to truly surrender and arrive in a restful state of serenity (ĀIO).  

This session  is designed to help you:

A comprehensive class that focuses on building practical, real-world strength and movement capacity. This thoughtfully designed program combines bodyweight exercises with targeted movement patterns to enhance overall physical function, stability, and power. Each session focuses on compound movements while paying careful attention to form and individual needs. Whether you're new to exercise or looking to refine your movement patterns, this class offers appropriate progressions and modifications for all fitness levels. The emphasis is on building practical strength that translates to improved performance in everyday activities and long-term physical resilience.

Rebecca | Yin Yoga

A slower-paced, meditative style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods (three to five minutes) to target the connective tissues rather than muscles. This practice creates an opportunity for stillness while building physical flexibility and developing mental and spiritual strength. The gentle, passive holds support your nervous system, helping to counter the effects of our fast-paced modern world. This class is suitable for all bodies, abilities, and experience levels, offering a peaceful sanctuary for deep tissue release and mindful practice.

Sim | Functional Movement

A comprehensive strength and mobility class that combines guided compound and isolation movements. These sessions are carefully designed to accommodate individual needs and limitations, with all exercises scalable to meet your specific requirements. Classes follow a minute-on-the-minute circuit format, allowing everyone to participate at their own pace and ability level

Zara | Yoga

A mindful exploration of movement and breath through standing, supine, and seated positions. This class invites you to connect deeply with bodily sensations while building strength and flexibility in a grounding, accessible way. Perfect for all levels of experience, including complete beginners, this practice offers a gentle introduction to yoga movement while allowing more experienced practitioners to deepen their awareness.
